| Waltham Playgroup
meets every Tuesday between 10 am and 12 noon at Waltham School Hall. There
is usually an average of eight children who attend. They try to have
one outing a term. Some of the outings they have had include visits
to Orana Park, the gondola, Lollypops Playland, picnics at the Gardens,
in to see Santa Claus (see photo below.)
There is total free play at the playgroup with parental involvement encouraged. They play musical instruments and sometimes have face painting. The playgroup is coordinated by Michelle (right in photo below) (Tel: 312 6864) and the other contact person is Sally (left in photo below) (Tel: 981 7170).
